Breathing is the most natural acts, no need to be deliberate at all. Breathe in, breathe out. Slow down the beast inside you, learn to calm yourself in spite of all the disturbances outside.

Satr: I’m the kind of person who gets nervous relatively easily, and when I arrived in Europe last week, I couldn’t help but feel a bit nervous in a new environment. But my new friends LEDANIA and SONG said, “Don’t be nervous, Satr. exhale, inhale, just feel your breath.” After that, I really wasn’t so overwhelmed. That night I went back to the hotel and thought back to this experience that had happened during the day. The idea slowly took shape as I drew and listened to their music.

I named it “Breathing”:

“Breathing is the most natural acts, no need to be deliberate at all. Breathe in, breathe out. Slow down the beast inside you, learn to calm yourself in spite of all the disturbances outside.”
