It’s a reference to this: Six prisoners use rusty spoons to dig tunnel to escape from Israeli jail.

A week ago, six Palestinian political prisoners escaped from prison by digging a tunnel with spoons. Today, protesters threw 465 spoons in front of the Israeli embassy — a gesture of solidarity with the 4,650 Palestinians caged by the occupiers.
