“Little astronaut” by Cobre in Samara, Russia for SAMARA GROUND 2021. The city Samara was one of the main builders of Rockets for Soviet Union’s space program. They assembled the “Vostok rocket”, the first artificial satellite and the first crewed spacecraft in human history.

Cobre: Little astronaut, astronaut! Final result for SAMARA GROUND 2021, my largest mural so far, over 700 m2, 14 floors. The big challenge was to achieve this in 11 days. Samara is the city where the Rockets were produced, it felt like a perfect fit, I love this theme, the city is very connected with their history.
