In Poznan, Poland, a new poster hangs over a building under construction. Plain and simple message in Polish & Ukrainian: “Russian War Criminal – Go F*** Yourself”.

Activists from the #PartyzankaMiejskaPoznań movement admit to hanging the banner. The sheet with the image of Putin as Hitler, covering more than half of the tenement house at Freedom Square (Plac Wolności), appeared in the middle of the night.

The sentence is a is a homage to the Ukrainians who told Russian warship to “go f–k yourself” on the first day of the invasion in 2022.

The president of Russia, Vladimir Putin, on the banner has a side-swept fringe, a characteristic mustache and a disrespectful expression on his face. Looks like Adolf Hitler. At the top of the canvas there is an inscription: “Russian War Criminal – Go F*** Yourself”, and at the bottom the same thing is written in Ukrainian. The sentence is a is a homage to the Ukrainians who told Russian warship to “go f–k yourself” on the first day of the invasion in 2022.
