The boy that reach for knowledge

“The boy who climbs the stairs to reach a book symbolizes the effort for knowledge – and the steps taken on the way to dreams, life goals. I have made this mural in Sorocaba, Brazil, with which I want to send the message of the importance of reading. I am happy that my art is spreading in the countryside of the state of São Paulo and I take the opportunity to thank the more than 4 thousand comments with tips of literary works that I received. In this one, which ended up becoming a collaborative work, I highlighted 150 of these suggestions. Literature helps us to reach higher places. What’s the next book you’re going to read?”
