Late Polish rock singer, Kora, lost her hair in the battle with cancer, but this mural gives her an opportunity to change hair-do every season. She’s still with us in her songs
Mural by Bruno Althamer at the back of the Branicki Palace, Nowy Świat, Warsaw, Poland.
Monah Pienkosz: This is a tribute to Kora (Olga Jackowska), a truly remarkable & one-of-a-kind Polish artist, immortalized not only in her music, but also in this amazing mural/chestnut tree art hidden in a cul-de-sac in Warsaw after she died of cancer a couple of years ago. Forever changing with the seasons.
