Mona Lisa Get Caked by Climate Activist (Paris, France)

The man told the crowd: “There are people trying to destroy the planet. Think of the Earth, just think about it.”
A young activist disguised as an elderly woman in a wheelchair threw a cake at the Mona Lisa, at the Louvre, and then sprinkled roses and petals all around before being dragged away by guards and expelled from the museum-presumably for life. The painting’s protective glass protected the artwork.
Te motive of the Paris activist was environmentalism. The gesture was allegedly made in an attempt to raise awareness of “saving the planet”. The man told the crowd: “There are people trying to destroy the planet. Think of the Earth, just think about it.”
