Vincent Van Gogh as a street artist spray painting his iconic sunflower

Street Artist CATMAN

‘Vincent’ by Catman in Whitstable, England.

Catman: ‘Vincent’ – painted on the toilet block opposite the Gorrell Tank car park in Whitstable. The painting shows Vincent Van Gogh as a street artist spray painting his iconic sunflower. It’s how I imagine him to be if he were alive today trying to fit into the modern art world. It’s well documented that Van Gogh severely suffered from mental health issues but used art as his escape. This piece was created during lockdown where art was my creative outlet. 🌻
